Outdoor Learning

Outdoor Learning is all about discovery, experimentation, learning about and connecting to the natural world, and engaging in environmental and adventure activities.

The Ranger Service work with all levels of education, from nursery to university level as well as carrying out a Forest Schools programme.

    Make use of Mugdock Country Park’s diverse habitats, use your local greenspace, or even your school grounds!

    Ranger-led activities are suited to environmental topic work for nursery, primary and secondary schools. Sessions will be tailored to your needs and could include aquatic and non-aquatic minibeast studies, native wildlife studies, conservation activities.
