Mugdock Castle Tower will be open to the public from May 2018, 2-4pm and most weekends thereafter, through until the end of September. Please call 0141 956 6100 or check our website to confirm a specific date in advance. Adults £2, Children £1.50, under 5’s free.

Walk - Barhill, Croy Hill, and the Canal

Saturday 20th July 10am – 3pm

Walk a great section of the John Muir Way with the Ranger Service. Experience great views, explore the Antonine Wall, and look for wildlife on the Forth and Clyde Canal. This 6 mile (9.5km) looped walk is jammed full of cultural and natural heritage, has some steep inclines and is mainly on paths and tracks. Booking essential 0141 956 6100. Cost £5.

Can you control your canine companion in the countryside or is your best friend just barking mad? Try out our crafty agility course and fun contests. All dogs welcome, but beginners only, please. Meet in the overflow car park near the Visitor Centre. Cost £3, with proceeds going to Hessilhead Wildlife Rescue Centre.

 

The Great Tattie Race, Lennoxtown

ULTM8 WARRIOR EVENT

Ultm8 Warrior is the UK’s first “Junior only” OCR event series! We’ll be offering heats for the following age groups 4-6yrs (1Km), 7-9yrs (2Km) and 10-13yrs (3Km).
