11am – 12.30pm Run by Active Schools (East Dunbartonshire Council), we are offering participants on the improver session the chance to attend this session in the morning. This is designed to give cyclists the skills to do trackside repairs to their own bike. It will focus on fixing broken chains, repairing a puncture, altering brakes and cleaning your bike. Please note this is not a session to fix problems with your own bike, but to give you skills to make emergency repairs whilst riding. This Event is free, but booking is essential. Walk – From the Canal to the Kelvin

This walk is about an hour long on mainly level established footpaths with some patches of uneven ground. Minibus transport is available from Lennoxtown at 11am, or meet at the walk start at 11.20am. A good level of fitness is required for this session as we will be going on a long journey within the park.
